Selling a home subject to shortsale lender approval soon? GOOD NEWS! The banks are letting people out from under this negative equity caused by the declined real estate market. But to get out from under it you have to move forward and do a shortsale unfortunately doing a shortsale will damage your credit some. The real Issue is that you need to find a good qualified buyer and close escrow within the time allowed or your home will be foreclosed on. There are time lines that must be met.
